“Meet Pete” at the Orlando Film Festival 2017
We recently got one of our short films accepted into the Orlando Film Festival. We had a really good time at the festival and we also got great feedback on our film.
We had the opportunity to network with many filmmakers, producers, and actors. At the Orlando Film Festival, there were people from Asia, Europe, Australia and other parts of the world. It was incredible to see how vast and big the industry can be. You never know who you might meet there. We met a few local actors who we can be possibly used or to be reached out for any of our next productions. We also met other filmmakers that share their experiences working with different types of clients and how the industry is evolving where ever they’re based at.
Learning new skills was another key element of this film festival. This particular festival offered workshops. We attended most of the classes that were offered where we learned many new things such as how to develop a story, and how to deliver the message using beautiful cinematic techniques that we can’t wait to apply to our future projects.
We also had the opportunity to hang out with established actors such as Patrick Fabian from “Better Call Saul”, he talked to us about the movie he was representing (and was starring in)and how the process of making that film was about.
We’ll keep you posted when we upload our short film to the internet so all of you can enjoy it.
